Excel Data Validation Lists

I am trying to use an Excel 2007 spreadsheet on my PDA but having a lot of issues. The data validation lists don’t work, I tried comboboxes but they didn’t show up either. I have also tried to show a user form to no avail. Is there some way to get these developer features to show up on Excel Mobile.
