Excel Format.zip file download

I was unable to unzip the file Format dates.xla 82kb and the file personal.xls 23kb. This was from your download “Excel Data Formatting macros”. I got a security level warning about macros and am not sure what to do to allow this file to be unzipped or opened. Thank you for the help.
