Excel Formula needed!!

Column B has student names in it.
Each month we enter in Cell C10 the number of possible days that student could be there in a month.
I need a formula to enter in column “AK” if there is a student entered in column “B”
Further down in the column B, there will be no students entered. I normally leave those cells blank.
