Excel hyperlink

I’m trying to create a hyperlink lookup within one document. I want the name cell to link to the manager name on another tab within my workbook.

tab A has the employee and ID

I want to be able to click on name on tab A and it to look up ID from that line compare it to ID in tab B then link to the employee manager on the line in tab B that matches the employee ID.
