Excel Macro script for up/down one cell movements

HELP! I am recording a macro but cannot figure out how to move up&down one cell without the macro recording it as moving to a set cell ref.
need the exact script code that just moves up one or down one cell. Arrow key movement only indicates a cell ref in macro script. VARIED FEEDBACK IS WELCOMED! Microsoft sites are worthless. [Shift][Enter] works for UP one but [Enter] will move me down one only after pasting clipboard data in a cell I didn’t wont pasted. URGENT NEED! inflnow@aol.com
