Excel Open File Dialog Box

Hey,

Anyone know how to get Excel to open the “Open”
box when closing an Excel file. Some users are
saying that since updating to Office 2007 it
does not do this any more.

They are saying that when you close one file,
Excel would just open the “Open” box so that
they could open another file.
