Excel – Send To feature

When I do File/Send To in Excel, the address books I have in Outlook become available. However, I have a user that does this but instead gets the choice between “shared contacts” or “main identity’s contacts.” There is nothing available under eitherchoice.

How do I make her Address Books available in that Send To feature?
