excel sheet copying to new workbook

How do I copy a worksheet to another workbook without references to the previous workbook, but keep all refernces within the sheet intact? I have tables and graphs that depend on information gathered from other sheets in the “from” workbook, I need a “snapshot” of that information and have it acted upon within the copied sheet, but when it is opened by someone it doesn’t ask you to update information that isn’t available to anyone but me.
