excel used by different users

I have a excel sheet with different users data.
I want the users to view only there data specifically.
In brief my excel sheet has data for users example a,b,c,d.When A clicks the excel sheet when i send,it should ask for a password and should show him only his data ie A data.
Is it possible?
Is there any other way?I have no idea of VB.
Please let me know about it.
