Excel with a Pivot Table and with macros

I have a excel spreadsheet but with monthly data and pivot table. the pivot table is linked to another spreadsheet where it is shown as a table. From that table I have drawn some graphs.

Basically all I want to do is dump monthly data on a monthly basis and all the rest is done through macros ie pivot table is created itself
