Excepting and Delivering E-mail from two

Appernetly I am now requrired to except e-mail from two domains on my Exchange server. They just told me this. How do I know get my server to except mail from DOMAIN.com and DOMAIN.net.

Aliasing the users doesn’t work alone, there must be some step before that. But what?
