Exchange 2000 on SBS Server

Need info on problem with Exchange2k – can log on to it and send emails, but unable to send emails to any users (receiving delivery failure notice)
from postmaster@domainname – it appears that the message is getting to it but not forwarded to users.
any ideas?
(using SBS2000 as ISP)
