Exchange 2000 OWA

I being trying to get the password for the OUTLOOK Web Access to work, I
can’t
seem to figured out what am I doing wrong on my end. Followed the
instructions
from Microsoft Web site Article ID: Q267596:
See if this is correct for enabling thepassword for OWA.. Everytime
when I
clicked the Change Password I get this messages (see attachment for
descriptions). If you have other solutions would be most appreciated..
