exchange 2000 TCP/IP connection

Hello,

I have recently installed a patch on my Exchange 2000 with netcheck pro 4.0. Now the server is refusing pop3 connections ,tcp/ip sessions. I get the error number 0x800ccc0f. Is there anything that I can do to get theses remote users to connect to the server?
