Exchange 2003/2007 SMTP support SSL?

Wondering if it’s possible to configure Exchange 2003 to support SMTP over SSL and NOT TLS?

Also need to know if this is possible in Exchange 2007?

FYI

I have everything working fine with TLS. Unfortunately, we have quite a few users using Mail.app, and change is not an option.
