Exchange 2003 Alias

Hi, If I have a user whose mailbox is ‘becky’, which she prefers, but her business cards say ‘rebecca’, do I have to create a separate mailbox as ‘rebecca’ and then forward all the emails from there to ‘becky’? Or will the Alias field help do that?
