Exchange 2003 DNS error

I installed Exchange 2003 on my Win2k3 server but cannot get it to work because of DNS errors. This error appears in my event log: source MSExchangeSA, The DsProxy dll is required but cannot be loaded, erropr c00700cb. Another error is: source MSExchange, Unexpected error. The system could not find the environemtn option that was entered. Facilyt Win32ID no:c00700cb Microsoft Exchange System Attendent occurred.

I’m also receiving some DNS erros occuring with Active Directory.

Can someone please please assist me in my DNS/Exchange setup; I thought I had the DNS correct, but apparently not… Thanks in advanced!!
