exchange 5.5

I need to be able to have a email address but have an alternative recipient. For example, if someone sends an email to me@email.com I want to have it rerouted to me1@email.com. I set it up and it will work internally but not if you’re sending it from the outside. I am using Exchange 5.5 on NT server.
