Exchange 5.5 Block a Sender

I am running Exchange 5.5 Server with an outlook 97 for clients on an NT 4.0 environment. Does anyone knows if there is an option to block junk mail or external email sender???My clients are currently getting a lot of junk mail from outside the company users.
A step by step instrucion will be highly appreciated.
