Exchange 5.5 Disclaimer formatting

I have successfully implemented a disclaimer on all outbound Exchange messages using the resources of the BORK. While I am able to have the disclaimer I am unable to provide a space or two above the disclaimer to adequately separate it from the bodyof the mail message. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
