Exchange 5.5 sites + Windows 2k Forests

Does anyone know of a way to share Calendars between 2 Exchange 5.5 sites located on 2 seperate Windows 2000 Forests? I need a complete share not just the Free/Busy options. Any help is greatly appreciated.
