Exchange 5.5 to 2000 Migration Problems

After migrating, a few user accounts keep getting an error relating to the Rules Wizard. The same users also get an error when they try to access the Out of Office tool. It simply states that the client operation failed. If OWA is used to access these problems accounts, Out of Office can be set there with no problem. Any ideas or suggestions? I’m afraid that I may have to delete these user accounts and recreate them, but hold that as a last resort.
