Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003

Hello Everyone,

I have a bit of an issue here, and I am wondering if anyone has faced this before. I just installed Exchange 2003 in a new domain. My company has an existing domain that is running exchange 5.5. Both domains are running win2k AD, but they are parts of different forests. We are eliminating the domain with the 5.5 server and I need to somehow transfer those user accounts/ home folders/ mailboxes to the new domain with Exchange 2003. Is there a way to do this?
