Exchange – Addtional SMTP Address

How would I go about enabling outbound emails to come from two different domains? I have inbound messages set to accept mail from these two different SMTP domain addresses. Users receive these emails in their account but when sending it resolves using the primary SMTP address (which I realize it should). They would like to have the option of choosing what domain addess to send from. If this is at all possible?
