Exchange GWART problem – Urgent

We have directory replication set up between dozens of sites. We deleted the replication connectors to one of the sites so that it can be reconnected to another mail hub in Europe. However, I have a server that did not update the gwart and it still thinks it has an active directory replication connectors. When the dir-rep connector is recreated it doesn’t replicate at all. HELP!!!
