Exchange laundry list.

I am brand new to exchange and need help with a laundry list of items.

1. Can people be set to view thier mailbox offline?

2. My contacts show up as Lastname, firstname but when I hit the “to” button they show up as firstname lastname. Can I change this?

3. When I type a name that has a fax address it prompts me to pick between fax\email address. Is there a way to disable it trying to use fax addresses? Microsofts site said to change all my fax # to type “other” but I don’t want to do that.

4. In OWA can you view another persons calendar that you have access to?
