Exchange mail group

We have exchange 2003 installed within SBS2003. we need have added an account Sales@ that is distributed to multiple users within the company, but orders are getting duplicated. Is there away with Exchange to only issue the mail to the 1st user that logs on and record who has it and should be dealing with it?
