Exchange Message Routing

Hi,

Currently my company has opened a branch in Asia. Here in the U.S. we have one Exchange Server for the entire organization. Because of bandwith requirements, we have decided the need to create another exchange server for asia. We’re going with the exchange 2003 platform and we’ll soon upgrade the U.S. Server soon.

My question is: how do you route recepients to the new server in Asia. We would like to stay with the same email domain and keep all new email account creations in the U.S server. If you know a better way, please help me. This is the first time i’m collaborating two exchange sites. Thank You.
