Exchange migration

Soon I’ll be starting a migration from an MDeamon e-mail system to an MS Exchange 2003 system. The problem is that all users currently POP mail from the MDeamon and the new system they won’t. Is there an easy way of migrating all users to the new settings and to import their contacts, calendar appoints and inbox e-mail into the new exchange system?
