Exchange, Outlook, disclaimers/email signatures for domain

by aldood . Updated 18 years, 1 month ago

Hi all.

I have 2 disclaimers (one for private mail, one for business) that my company would like all domain users to use.

As there are 2, I think I will need to use outlook signatures rather than software that adds a disclaimer to all smtp mail. The disclaimer will need to include the user name and position.

I am working with Exchange 2003, and the outlook clients range from 2000 up to 2007.

Does anyone know a way I can assign signatures to our users, without having to visit each machine in our domain?

I cant find a way to do this through exchange or group policy.
