Exchange Roaming Profiles

Does anyone know of a good place to get information on settin up roaming profiles, exchange 5.5, Windows NT. We will be moving to Windows 2000 this year. Also, currently using Outlook 97, upgrading to 2000 in a few months.
Help!!!!
