Exchange rules based on teh domain name

Hi,

i am fighting with exchange/outlook rules.
I am in the need of having a rule that divert and replay to all emails received from e specific domain, the problem is that is an internal domain @canon.be but once a user send an email his name is resolved thus exchange do not recognize the domain.
Is there any solution to set a rule that is run before the resolving of the name ?
