Exchange Server 2000 step-by-step

Hello,

Would like to obtain step-by-step instructions to configure an Exchange server at the WAN side. In particular, configuration of the server (connectors) when mail will be forwarded from POP accounts and then sent to the Exchange server androuting via LAN to each individual user?
