exchange server 5.5 stop

six months ago I install backOffice 4.5 (SBS) to my customer and everythinghs was working.
But since this friday the exchange server doesn’t work, I went there to try to restart all exchange services without resulte.Do you think that I have to uninstall Exchange and reinstall it? Or whate is the best way to solve my probleme?
