exchange server 5.5

recently i had a chance to assist a company’s netwrok and their mail server running exchange 5.5.

granted, i don’t have much experience in exchange server 5.5 or any version for that matter. I’ve been using Lotus Notes for the past 3 years as far as adminstration and maintenance.

the lady at the office said that the previous guy who setup the exchange server didn’t do it correctly, because every weekend when users came back to the office they need to reboot the email server to get their outlook to receive emails again.

for all the exchange EXPERTS out there, what type of issue should i be looking for? any suggestions will be helpful, thanks!
