Exchange Server Freezes

We have an exchange server that locks up usually in the middle of the night several times per week and the monitor goes black. Event logs do not point to anything suspicious. When rebooting the server, I sometimes get a beep code that indicates a problem with video RAM but not always. Any ideas?
