Exchange Server5.5 (InterOrg Tool)

I am currently trying to implement Exchange 5.5 InterOrg Synchronization tool. I have been trying to implement it in a test environment between two exchange sites and organizations but I can not seem to get them right. I have down loaded every MS documentation piece on it but still can’t seem to get it right. I am having a problem distinguishing the exchange distinguished name of the requestor service.
I was hopping to get more insight to this. If anyone has ever used this please tool pleaseforwarded me some documentation and/or advise. Thanks!
