Execute an Unix script from an e-mail account

I have an e-mail account ex: (trackermx@mydomain.com) and every time an e-mail arrives to this account I need to execute a Unx script. This executed script will write my new e-mail information into a text file.

I am using a O.S hP-UX B.11.0’0 A 900/800

Can anyone help me with this task. I do not have experience with Unix I and do not have how to start.
