Experience with Cisco Routers???

I’ve been working in IT for about 2 years now. I have my MCSE NT 4 and CCNA. My former company never really allowed me to use my CCNA and I did most of the stuff for the MCSE on a training network I set up for our account. My question is where can I get a decent paying job that will allow me to learn more with routers. It seems that my biggest problem is lack of experience. I think working for an ISP would be fine but most seem to only pay 8-14 an hour. Which I was making more than that already….Any suggestions?
