Experienced people looking for jobs?

I am an independent IT consultant, not a recruiter.

As for the discussion regarding graduate or not graduate, I can tell you, based on my experience (12+ years in IT) that the degree does not matter much, much more important is the experience you can bring in a project, for a customer.

That said, we are looking for experienced Mercury SLM (TOPAZ) consultants, Oracle Financials support engineers, Plumtree specialists, and project managers to work on a very large project for an international company. The project is located in Europe.
