I recently upgraded to an RTX 4060 but I’m noticing my CPU
(i5-10400F) is hitting 100% while my GPU stays at 60-70% in
games like Cyberpunk and RDR2.

Current Specs:
– CPU: Intel i5-10400F
– GPU: RTX 4060
– RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
– Resolution: 1440p

Questions:
1. Is this a bottleneck issue?
2. Should I upgrade my CPU now or wait?
3. Which CPU would pair well without overspending?
