Export NT Users and Inport in W2k Domain

Hello

I have to export users of NT 4.0 domain and afterwards import in a W2k domain. I may not have direct accesses to the NT 4.0 domain. So I want to export users and groups into a file and afterwards to import it in a W2k domain. Is it possibleto do this work with the help of a Tool?
