I have a customer who has a very large and elaborate tree of directories and sub-directories under the storage folders in Windows Live Mail. When trying to export them to Outlook 2010, or to another PC with Windows Live Mail, it appears to scamble the directories (it brings them across, but the directory tree is condsiderably different). Is there a limitation to the number of folders that can be exported, perhaps? I have tried an auto import from Outlook, an auto export from WLM, and manually exported/imported, all to no avail. I have tried copying the folders from the storage folder to the inbox to see if they be exported more successfully from there, but WLM will not allow the copying of Storage Folders in this way. Does anyone have any ideas how I can transfer these folders? Thanking you in anticipation. Regards, Justin
