Extract Attachments from Outlook for users to a shared drive

Hello All

Please can you help? is there a function on Outlook 2003 or Exchange 2003 were you
Can set for user/users to be able to only download there emails and the attachments to be saved/extracted to another location? I know there are third party software with can do this but I was wondering if this was possible with MS products
