F8 does not work when trying to accept the EULA

by misawa13 . Updated 16 years, 6 months ago

I am reformatting a fujitsu laptop with Windows XP Professional, but when I reach the End User License Agreement section, the F8 key to accept does not respond.

– It is a Fujitsu laptop, so no USB or wireless keyboard.
– My keyboard does not have an F-Lock.
– The “page up” and “page down” keys work, as do Capslock, Numlock. The only one that doesn’t work is F8.
– Pressing Fn + any other F key works (brighter/darker screen)… except for F8.
– I tried connecting other keyboards via USB, but they do not work (assuming that the drivers for the keyboard are unable to load).
– I have tried using the Tab key to highlight the ‘accept’ but nothing happens

Please help!!
