Failed to get the Crawl Manager

with error 0x8001010d
Event ID 34 and 35

What does this mean? Does anyone have a clue on how to fix it?

This error occures while opening Outlook 2007, shuts down Outlook and then opens Outlook in safe mode saying it has recovered from a serious error. Blah!
