Fault Management System

iam having difficulty searching to a tool that can monitor our cisco router, (cisco, allied telesyn, 3com) switch, and (dlink, bay network,3 com)hubs. we’re really appreciate if someone could give us any advise. by the way, were looking for a tool that can monitor the utilization of our equipment such as router, switch, hubs and even our servers.
