Fax Numbers Showing In Contacts

I’ve setup most of my contacts with all of the information from their business cards. The problem I run into when addressing messages, is that the fax number shows on the list of possible addresses. I’m currently not using Outlook to send faxes, so this just doubles the amount of addresses I see. I prefer not to move the people to a PAB. Is there a way to remove the fax numbers?
