Feature comparison MS/ADS to Novell/NDS?

My director has asked me to compare/contrast migrating from a mixed Novell (file/print shares) and NT (application) environment to strictly Windows2000. My concern is with the functionality I have with the NDS. My question: Does Microsoft have thetools I need to accomplish what I am doing today with NDS (User/File management, application deployment (push/pull), application launcher as well as printer configurations). From what I have found, ADS will accomplish what I need from the user/fileadministration, however I am concerned about the application deployment and the management of IP printing.
