Field Service Management Software..

Hello there :?)

Does any one out there know of any open source Field Management software for use in the HVAC /construction industry[Canada]?

I have looked around but no luck yet. Any input suggestions or ideas are welcome. This is for a small company with approx. 12 field technicians.
